From perusal of F.I.R., it transpires that what has happened

between the petitioner and O.P. No. 2, is consensual in nature and both are

major.

In para 3 of the supplementary affidavit dated 29.07.2022 filed by

the petitioner it has been disclosed that the petitioner came to know about the

marriage of the O.P. No. 2 from the mother of O.P. No. 2 during pendency of

this case.

By order dated 15.02.2022 notice upon O.P. No. 2 was directed to be

issued under both process.

Undelivered registered cover with A/D was received but service

report of notice was not received that is why by order dated 07.04.2022 the

learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to take further step for notice

upon O.P. No. 2 at her present and correct address.

Office note suggests that notice has been received by the father of

O.P. No. 2.

In view of this fact, learned counsel for the petitioner shall take

steps for substituted notice in main petition as well as I.A., by way of paper

publication in local Hindi newspaper at Sonebhadra and Mirzapur districts in

the State of Uttar Pradesh. For that the learned counsel for the petitioner shall

approach the office within a week and after publication of the notice, he will

file additional supplementary affidavit annexing the paper publication.

Let this matter appear on 28.09.2022.

Till the next, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner

in connection with Sadar (Khelgaon) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2016, corresponding

to G.R. No. 5051 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
