ATTRIBUTE TABLE FOR MOUZA

1) Required fields for Mouza attribute management.

2) Select Stop editing (if already in editing mode).

3) In ArcMap, right-click the shapefile in the table of contents and click Open Attribute Table.

4) To Add new field in attribute table, Click the Options button and click “Add Field”.
5) Add field window is appeared as, fill up the required details to add new field accordingly.

 Step1: Add tehsil name field, type “TEHSIL” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “text” from drop down.
 Step3: Give text length “50”
 Step4: press “OK”

 Step1: Add QH name field, type “QH” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “text” from drop down.
 Step3: Give text length “50”
 Step4: press “OK”
4. PC (Patwaar Circle)
 Step1: Add PC name field, type “PC” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “text” from drop down.
 Step3: Give text length “50”
 Step4: press “OK”

5. MOUZA
 Step1: Add mouza name field, type “MOUZA” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “text” from drop down.
 Step3: In field properties give text length “50”
 Step4: press “OK”
 For adding “MURABA” information, add field with the alphabet “M”.
 For adding “ACRE” information, add field with the alphabet “A”.
 For adding “KHASRA” information, add field with the alphabet “K”.
 For adding “SUB_KHASRA” information, add field with the alphabet “SK”.

6. M (MURABA)
 Step1: Add muraba name field, type “M” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Short integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”

7. A (ACRE)
 Step1: Add acre name field, type “A” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Short integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”
8. K (KHASRA)
 Step1: Add khasra name field, type “K” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Short integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”

9. SK (SUB_KHASRA)
 Step1: Add sub_khasra name field, type “SK” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Text” from drop down.
 Step3: In field properties give text length “20”
 Step4: press “OK”
 10. LABEL
 Step1: Add label name field, type “LABEL” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Text” from drop down.
 Step3: In field properties give text length “25”
 Step4: press “OK”
 In label field combine “Muraba”, “Acre”,” Khasra” and “Sub khasra”

11. KARAM
 Step1: Add karam name field, type “KARAM” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “DUBBLE” from drop down.
 Step4: press “OK”
Karam field added to define the dimension of acre.
 12. TYPE
 Step1: Add type name field, type “TYPE” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Text” from drop down.
 Step3: In field properties give text length “50”
 Step4: press “OK”
Type field added to define either mouza is muraba bandi or Kishtwar.

13. DISTRICT_ID
 Step1: Add District ID name field, type “DIST_ID” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Long Integer” from drop down.
 Step4: press “OK”
14. TEHSIL_ID
 Step1: Add tehsil ID name field, type “TEHSIL_ID” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Long integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”

15. QH_ID
 Step1: Add qanoongo halqa ID name field, type “QH_ID” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Long integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”
16. PC_ID
 Step1: Add patwaar circle ID name field, type “PC_ID” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Long integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”

17. MOUZA_ID
 Step1: Add mouza ID name field, type “MOUZA_ID” in name text box.
 Step2: Select type as “Long integer” from drop down.
 Step3: press “OK”
By added all the required fields, the table shown as below.

Instructions before Digitation of the mouza according to measurement

 Start editing of the shapefile.
 Fill up the “M” and “A” fields by reading the massaive.

(Muraba) field attribute entered as

 Each muraba consist of 25 acres (5X5)

 Select M1 and fill the selected features as “1”.
  Read the massaive and fill the muraba field according to drawing.

A (Acre) field attribute entered as

 Each muraba consist of 25 acres (5X5).

 Select Muraba number e.g., M-5 from given massaive it consists of 25 acres.
 Read the massaive and fill the acre field according to drawing.
