Sir,

Under instruction from my client Mr. Sreeprakash T V residing at ARA-

10A, Lekshmisree, Arashumoodu, kulathoor, Trivandrum 685583, I do here by issuing the
following notice

 1)     That the poem of my client in Malayalam was published in your journal named
Indian Nalikera Journal published in November 2019 Book no 10, Issue no. 11.
However without the conformation and consent from my client you were made certain
structural changes by omitting as well as replacing certain words in the original poem
in Malayalam created and conceived by my client, thereby the real meaning and
adaptation intended as well as portrayed by my client was changed absolutely, which
resulted in a different meaning from the original poem conceived by my client.

2)     That my client never gave any authority to either of you to effect changes in any
manner either directly or indirectly.

3)     That instead of bringing notice to my client, you unilaterally edited the poem of
my client and thereby made the poem of my client as a meaningless one. Apart from
that in the content page of your journal, either the name of my client or name of his

poem was not mentioned and thereby you were made my client as well as his creation
as a degraded one.

4)     That against your assurance of providing sufficient amount as price for the
creation of my client, without providing any amount to my client, you were only
demanded a cancelled cheque leaf of my client.

5)     That even after receipt of the cancelled blank cheque of my client you were not
provided any amount to my client as assured.

6)     That my client is an eminent writer in Malayalam who bagged several State,
National and International Awards and Meritorious recognitions.

7)     That being a prudent and law obeying gentleman, my client waited for quite a
long time with the expectation of payment from your part for the creation already
accepted and published by you.

8)     Later as my client was not provided with any amount towards the prize for his
poem already published in your journal, my client was sent several intimations and
reminders directly and also over the phone. Despite the same, my client was being
mentally harassed by you and your irresponsible subordinates.

9)     That my client was very much desperate about the

changes/omissions/replacements to his poem published in your journal and thereby
the originality of the poem of my client changed absolutely.

In this regard, I hereby direct you that you shall provide the following:

a)     To pay Rs 25,000 towards the prize of the poem,

b)     To pay Rs 50,000 towards the compensation for publishing the edited version of
the poem, and

c)     Rs. 25,000 towards the compensation for the mental agony and desperate mental
state that faced by my client.

Within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which I had definite instruction
from my client to institute proper legal proceedings before the competent courts having
jurisdiction, and in such even you are responsible for the cost and consequence arising there
from.
