SUBJECT: REQUEST LETTER FOR ARRANGEMENT OF TRANSPORT FOR ATHLETES

Sir;

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

Sports are an integral part of every student's life, and schools play a vital role in promoting
sports to students. Sports not only help in physical development but also nurture social skills,
character-building, and teamwork. To promote the spirit of sportmanship, the Luzviminda
National High School will be participating in Puerto Princesa District Meet on April 1-2, 2023.

In connection with this, we are requesting vehicles from your good office to transport our
athletes from Barangay Luzviminda to City Sport Complex, Barangay Sta. Monica, Puerto
Princesa City and Vice Versa on March 30, 2023 to April 2, 2023. The proposed schedule for the
transportation of the athletes is as follows:

 March 30, 2023 at 4:00 PM – Transportation of 1st Batch of Athletes from Luzviminda to
PPC Sports Complex
 April 01, 2023 at 6:00 AM – Transportation of 2nd Batch of Athletes from Luzviminda to
PPC Sports Complex
 April 02, 2023 at 4:00 PM – Transportation of All athletes from PPC Sports Complex to
Luzviminda
