A Detailed Lesson Plan in English for Grade 11 Students

Within a 1-week period, the students should be able to:
a. identify the essential meaning and examples of the meta-cognitive strategies in reading; (Day 1)
b. employ varied and appropriate meta-cognitive reading strategies to comprehend texts;
(Days 2 and 3)
c. use the aspects of the verb in an essay writing; (Day 4) and
d. give importance on the use of meta-cognitive reading strategies through texts. (Day 5)
