COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course deals with the educational foundations of Arts as these apply to teaching and learning in the elementary grades. Various teaching strategies and assessment
appropriate for each area shall be given emphases in the course.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
Students are required to do the following:
1. Reading of assigned text and other materials.
2. Regular class attendance.
3. Active and productive performance of assigned tasks such as performance tasks, quizzes, class/home works, reflective papers, reports, projects, major examinations,
etc.
4. Active participation in oral activities and discussions.

CLASSROOM POLICIES
1. Students must observe and practice the school core values.
2. Students must avoid using their mobile devices, unless deemed necessary, in order to concentrate better in class.
3. Attendance is a must. Students must not have more than 8.1 hours of absence and tardiness in the entire term/semester. Otherwise, a remark of NCA (no credit due
to absences) will be given at the end of the term/semester.
4. Any student who violates policy on academic honesty will automatically___. These include plagiarism and data fabrication.
5. Students must always come prepared to class and are required to bring all necessary books/references and materials with them.
