What is Marketing?

- According to Kotler and Armstrong marketing is defined as:


“A social and managerial process by which individuals and businesses obtain what they need and
want through creating and exchanging value with others”

- According to the American Marketing Association ( AMA) :


“Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating,
delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society
at large”
