PF3&4 cleaning sequence

Bed sequence
1. Wear blue disposable gloves and mask
2. Strip the bed: remove all dirty linen to service trolley linen bag
3. Check for bedbugs: ensure the mattress is checked all around
4. Mattress protector: ensure the four corners are covered
5. Bottom sheet position: right way up
6. Duvet: lay the duvet cover on the bed. Place the top of the duvet under the
top end of the cover, then tuck in the rest of the duvet; ensure the duvet is neat
7. Pillow: lay the pillowcase on top of the bed and fold the pillow in half; holding the
pillow, put it inside the pillowcase, pushing it into the corners, then cover to the end

Bathroom cleaning sequence

Faucets/Taps, Basin
1. Wear yellow gloves and mask
2. Turn on the light
3. Clean garbage bin and replace the garbage bag
4. Rinse taps, basin
5. Spray on the chemical and use sponge to scrub the taps, basin, then leave to soak for 10
minutes before cleaning (with chemical Sani Cid QS)
6. After 10 minutes, start to clean, use sponge scrub to wash basin including sink cover
and splashback
7. Rinse with hot water
8. Dry and polish with a white or grey rag
9. Spray glass cleaner on the mirror, wipe with a white or grey rag
10. Clean top of mirror light
11. Clean top of drawer and doors and replace the extra toilet paper
Shower room
1. Wear yellow gloves and mask
2. Rinse shower
3. Spray on the chemical and use sponge to scrub the shower room, then leave to soak for
10 minutes before cleaning (with chemical Sani Cid QS)
4. After 10 minutes, start to clean - use sponge to scrub faucets/taps, and shower hose
5. Using a sponge, scrub all walls, inside shower doors, floor, soap dish and remove hair
and debris
6. Rinse with hot water
7. Dry with yellow rag and polish with a white or grey rag
8. Clean outside shower door with a white or grey rag (with chemical sprint 200)

Toilet
1. Wear yellow gloves and mask
2. Flush toilet and open toilet seat cover
3. Spray toilet thoroughly with chemical toilet cleaner R1 and leave to soak for 10 minutes
before cleaning
4. After 10 minutes, start to clean inside with toilet brush, then flush toilet holding toilet
brush under the water to rinse off. Use a pink rag to dry off under the toilet seat.
5. Spray the chemical onto the top of toilet seat, fold the pink rag and dry off the top side
of the toilet seat, dry off the back of the seat cover
6. Spray outside of toilet completely with the chemical
7. Fold rag to the clean side and clean outside of toilet bowl from the top down and
underneath
8. Clean outside toilet seat cover
9. Clean outside brush holder
10. Remove gloves and fold toilet paper into a V shape

Bedroom dusting sequence

1. Wear blue disposable gloves and mask
2. Clean outside the window sill with a rough rag (with chemical Jontec 300)
3. Clean the window with a white or grey rag (with chemical Sprint
200)
4. Clean the lamp from inside to outside then check light is working (with chemical sure)
5. Clean night table and shelves below (with chemical sure)
6. Wipe the outside wall lamp and doors from the top down (with chemical sure)
Living room dusting sequence
1. Wear blue disposable gloves and mask
2. Clean garbage bin and replace the garbage bag
3. Clean outside the window sill with a rough rag (with chemical Jontec 300)
4. Clean the window with a white or grey rag (with chemical sprint 200)
5. Wipe the desk from the top down (with chemical sure)
6. Clean the chairs top down (with chemical sure)
7. Wipe outside the mini bar from the top down (with chemical sure)

Floor cleaning sequence

1. Wear blue disposable gloves and mask
2. Vacuum the bedroom, under the bed, and living room working backwards
3. Mop floor of the bedroom, under the bed, bathroom, living room, working
backwards to the door (with chemical Jontec 300)
4. Turn off the lights
