Will be responsible for planning & conducting regular Branch level communication meetings &
engagement session for socialisation of workplace polices and other processes for the Geography
Will be responsible for implementation of the HR agenda for the State assigned
Coordination with newly on-boarded employees for their HR Induction, Joining Confirmation,
Document pendency prior to BGV Check initiation etc for Geography
Manage attendance related issues, Salary stop cases, BGV Red & Amber cases follow-up etc for
Geography
identify gaps & provide ground sensing there by enable the BHR to take required corrective
actions
HR Operations
Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager or a related job position in the Human
Resources department.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Sound understanding of employment and labor laws.
Experience in managing a team efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Outstanding analytical and research skills.
Excellent ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks.
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment.
Strong work ethics.
