Profile in brief
Lean – Agile proponent with decade and half of experience helping organizations and teams transform their work methods, spanning
across multiple domains like Telecom, Banking, Hi-Tech and Life Science in IT.
Designed and implemented the Agile Maturity framework for scrum and kanban teams, which enabled the teams to identify their anti
patterns and hence accelerate adoption of agile principles and practices and incrementally improve on the agile maturity scale.
Build and deployed the Lean competency building program within business unit.

Professional Experience
Agile Coach for Large UK Bank, TCS Duration: July 2020 – Till date
• Designed and implemented the Agile Maturity framework for scrum and Kanban teams, which enabled the teams to accelerate
adoption of agile principles and practices and incrementally improve on the agile maturity scale.
• Delivered customized trainings on various lean and agile concepts, practices and techniques, mentored and coached team member s, scrum
masters, product owners and leadership team in adopting agile way of working & developing agile mind set
• Conducted workshops for the teams on advanced Agile concepts like Epics and user story creation, CI/CD, Extreme programming
practices like TDD, BDD, code refactoring and organized orientation sessions to introduce SAFe, the scaled agile framework at different
organization levels.
• Worked along with customer to prepare the Agile Transformation roadmap.
• Guided 4+ Scrum teams to adopt the scrum framework. Provided hands-on coaching to scrum teams to execute scrum ceremonies

• Mentor newly formed teams as they transition to Agile way of working and ensured smooth transition from waterfall to agile.

• Rolled out various gamification initiatives for the unit with the objective to engage the key stakeholder teams and bring in the zeal
among teams to execute PI

• Proposed various solution levers like Huddle dashboards, Proactive value delivery framework, up gradation of Knowledge management
framework and establishing standard work to streamline the Process and continuous skill matrix assessment and creation of flexible skill
