Method:
Place the designated coconut, cocoa powder & sugar in a mixing bowl and mix to combine. Add the eggs on a low speed.
Add melted Guanaja 70%, melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix to combine on a low speed. do not beat this mix, to be
combined only. Transfer to a lined backing tray and bake at 160 degrees / Fan2 for 10 mins until it sets. Cool in a dry place
After Glaze and sprinkle Peta Crispy Xocolata .
