With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 0164, s, 2023 titled Announcing the 2023 Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) Sports Meet on April 21-29, 2023 hosted by the Carcar City Division, this office informs the field of the pre-departure meeting of the delegation officials, coaches, chaperons, working committees and officiating officials on April 18, 2023 at North City Central School, Luray Il, Toledo City at 8:00 in the morning. 2. This activity aims to discuss updates and concems of the delegation to the upcoming 2023 CVIRAA Meet. 3. Advance party will be at Valladolid Elementary School on April 20, 2023 with the maintenance, selected finance committee, Socmob personnel and the Division Engineer while personnel In-Charge for Dinner in the CVIRAA Meet will be at the venue on April 21, 2023 in preparation for the food of delegates in the next day. 4, Teaching personnel involve in the advance party shall be given service credits while Non- ‘Teaching personnel shall be given Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) in April 21, 2023 which is a holiday as provided under DepEd Order no. 53, 8. 2003 3. Maximum health and safety protocols shall be strictly observed during the activity. 4.
