Respected Sir / Madam,
I beg to make this appeal under section 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 and the rules
farmed there under in the following manners :

2. Brief Facts leading to First Appeal :

A. Address of concerned department : WB Central School Service Commission,

ACHARYA SADAN: 11 & 11/1, Block - EE, Sector - II, Salt Lake; Kolkata – 700 091.

B. Particulars department required :

i. Recruitment of 1st SLST (AT), 2016 in Work Education (for Upper Primary Level
Classes) and the said examination held on 04.06.2017.
Vide Roll No. : 12031659000209 ; Application Id : 2031601590017922 ;
Category : General ; Gender : Male ; Medium : Bengali ;
Subject : Work Education (UP) and Subject Code : 59 issued by the WBCSSC.

ii. An application dated 11.07.2022 under Article section 6 & 8 of the RTI Act, 2005
and the rules framed there under has been served upon the Assistant Secretary &
SPIO. Copies of the said RTI Application along with Court Fee of Rs. 10/- and
Postal tracking report are enclosed herewith.

3. Ground for this Appeal :

No positive reply has been received from the Assistant Secretary & SPIO, WBCSSC.

4. Details of Information required: That the appellant prays -

a. Kindly provide me the photocopy of my OMR sheet in 1st SLST, 2016 for Work
Education (UP).
b. Kindly provide me the detail marks obtained by me in the said examination, 2017.
c. Kindly provide me Category and Medium wise lowest Cut Off Marks for being called
for Verification & Personality Test in my concerned subject.
4. Declaration : I hereby declare that the aforementioned facts are true to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
