What happens if we eat raw vegetables?

If we eat raw vegetables or mix vegetables, we will likely have more energy, better skin,
improved digestion and a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease once you get used to
eating raw food and help to maintain lower cholesterol and control blood sugar levels. What's
more, some vegetables offer different vitamins depending on if they're raw vegetables.
steps/procedure
1. Wash vegetables well.

2. Cut vegetables into stick or decorative bite size shapes.

3. Hold vegetables for a short time in ice water to become crisp.

4. Drain well.
5. Arrange vegetables in a platter with crush ice to maintain crispiness.
6. Serve with cheddar cheese dip.
Canapes from toasted bread

Canapés are small open-faced sandwiches decoratively topped with various savoury
ingredients. They are usually served as snacks for cocktails, etc.
Steps/procedures
1. trim cuts from unsliced Pulman loaves. Save trimmed crusts to be used as breadcrumbs.

2. cut the bread horizontally into slice

3. toast the slice in the oven.


4. cool the toast.

5. cover with a thin, even layer of spread and cut into desired shapes with a knife. Make the
cuts neat and uniform.

Alternately, cut the toasts into desired shapes like in the picture with small cutters and reserve
the trim for breadcrumbs if we needed. Spread each cutout with desired topping. Garnish the
cutouts as desired.
