WHEREAS:

WHEREAS we are the joint owners and holders of undivided share


in the properties more particularly described in Schedule (A)
hereunder written, and hereinafter referred to as the “said
properties”.

AND WHEREAS we are required to sign and execute Gift Deed,


Deed of Apartment, Conveyance Deed/ Sale Deed , Development
Agreement, Power of Attorney, Supplementary Agreement,
Correction Deed or any other document in respect of our shares in
the said properties.

WHEREAS it will not be possible for us to remain present


personally for doing all the said acts, deeds, matters and or things
and complete all the formalities that are necessary in respect of the
said Properties.

to be our true and lawful attorney in our name and on our
behalf to carry out and perform by signature or otherwise any or

1. To sign and execute Gift Deed, Apartment Deed, Conveyance


Deed/ Sale Deed, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney,
Supplementary Agreement, Correction Deed or any other deeds or
documents, in respect of the said property.

2. To present documents referred to in para 1 above before Sub


Registrar or Registrar of Assurances for registration and admit
execution thereof.

3. To represent us before the City Survey Officer, receive


notices for mutation, to give statement on oath and do all such
acts, deeds and things in respect of the Revenue Record of the said
properties.

4. To appear before and represent us to the Govt. of
Maharashtra, City survey Authority, Town Planning Authorities,
corporation Authorities, Competent Authority, Pune Urban
Agglomeration, Collector, Magistrate, Commissioner of any
division, Tahasildar, Talathi, Officer of City Survey, M.S.E.D.C. Ltd
and all other public or semi-public authorities.

5. To appear before any Revenue Authority including Talathi,


Circle Officer, SDO, Collector, Divisional Commissioner, City
Survey Officer etc. and if required to sign and file any application,
RTS Appeal, Revision before such authorities and conduct the
same till final decision thereof.

6. To appoint one or more substitutes, agents or any additional


Attorney/s and to give him or any one of them any power or all
powers which are given hereby by us.

AND WE DO HEREBY agree and undertake to ratify and


confirm whatever the attorney may lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue of these presents notwithstanding any express power in
that behalf is given herein above and the said acts, deeds, matters
and things will be presumed to done by us and we undertake to
ratify all of them.

IT IS MADE SPECIFICALLY CLEAR THAT the powers conferred


upon the attorney are limited to the extent of aforesaid purpose
and the said properties.
