("Contractor") for Phase 1 of the Santo Domingo de los Olleros Power Project Subject: Option Proposal for the Santo Dorningo Project Top Soil Waste Material Removal Dear Ms. Alegre: Siemens hereby provides this unit-price proposal for providing the aforementioned service under a Change Order to the subject Contract as follows: SCOPE OF SUPPLY Work includes off-site loading, removal and disposal of contaminated soil that generally consists of the top 0.8m of the combined-cycle and combined-cycle Site surface areas. The estimated volume includes ‘a sponging factor. Disposal distance not to exceed 10 Km from the Site. The final disposal of Material is according to the current established Peruvian Laws of classified construction waste, ‘The quantities will be measured by total truck loads out of the Site main entrance. DELIVERY In accordance with the Baseline Schedule. PRICING/PAYMENT SIEMENS will provide the above services on a unit-price basis. The Total Price is estimated and will vary according to the total volume of material and the distance: traveled for disposal.
