We currently conduct our study entitled “GOING BACK TO NORMAL: A

PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE CHALLENGES AND COPING MECHANISMS OF
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF IN-PERSON
CLASSES IN THE PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE DIVISION OF RIZAL”.

Our reasons for conducting the said research are the following:

A. To identify the challenges experienced by junior high school teachers in the full
implementation of in-person classes in the division of Rizal.
B. To know how junior high school teachers in the division of Rizal overcome the identified
challenges they experienced in the full implementation of in-person classes.

In this regard, we are asking for your precious time, and effort to be one of our respondents who
would answer all the questions in the survey form via Google Forms, which are important and
helpful for the completion and success of the study.

We do believe that the result of this study would be of great help to us for it can serve as inputs in
creating probable programs and projects to resolve the identified significant problems, in
policymaking or reconsidering existing policies and guidelines associated with full implementation
of in-person classes, and in making a plan of action that would address the identified significant
problems experienced by the teachers in the full implementation of in-person classes.
