OneAmerica Honors the Excellence of Their Associates

The Newest 140 ASPIRE Award Nominees

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - February 17, 2023 - OneAmerica has proudly nominated its
associates who embody and represent the ASPIRE values.

The ASPIRE award consists of 4 different criteria including the Distinguished Achievement
Award, Outstanding Leadership Award, Excellence in Execution Award, and Excellence in
Partnership Award. It takes a certain type of employee and hard work to receive this award. A
fellow OneAmerica associate has to nominate an employee who deserves recognition and has
exemplified the ASPIRE values. The award also includes a monetary gift of $5,000.
