TUTORIAL 01:

DESCRIPTIVE :

Organizational structure and HCM strategy :

HR Department Structure :
The Human Resources department is composed of a Human Resources Manager who reports to
the Administrative and Financial Department and also reports to the General Management.

Types of communication with the employee:


The department communicates with its employees internally via internal memos posted within
the administration or within the plant or via email.

Strategic Business Objectives:


Maintain and strengthen market leadership position.
Diversify the company's activities
Expand company's locations

Staffing and Planning:

DARI COUSPATE is composed of 2 production sites and an administrative department.


The two production sites are managed by site and maintenance managers as well as technicians
to ensure efficient productivity.
In order to guarantee the quality of the production, it is necessary to have a "quality" department.
This department is in charge of controlling the whole production chain and guaranteeing food
safety. This department is composed of a quality manager and laboratory technicians who carry
out agri-food analyses.

Within the administrative department, it is important to have a marketing department to ensure


the communication of the company. In addition, a sales department handles the orders received
by customers. Finally, we have the purchasing department which works in collaboration with the
production department to manage the purchase and supply of raw materials or any parts
necessary for production, and the human resources department, which also collaborates with the
production department for all problems in terms of absences, vacations, disciplinary sanctions or
recruitment.

Number of employees:
200 employees

Reward management:
Each employee can be rewarded for his work after a certain seniority.

Promotions and dismissals


Promotions:

Internal promotion is based on acquired seniority, on the appreciation of professional value and
on the recognition of acquired experience. Promotion is generally the result of a decision by the
employer.

Dismissals :

DARI COUSPATE personnel may be subject to the following sanctions applied gradually:
- Warning,
- A reprimand,
- Second censure or layoff of 3 to 7 days,
- The third reprimand or change of department or establishment.
The accumulation of these sanctions in one year can lead to dismissal.

Compensation Structure:

Types of compensation, benefit programs, bonuses, commissions, etc.


Employees are compensated on the basis of their skills, knowledge, experience and
qualifications.
