Mountain Ridge Engineering Ltd. My knowledge and skillset match the responsibilities outlined
for this position so I am confident that I can excel and perform to a very high standard in this
position.

Throughout my coursework, I have deepened my knowledge and skills in the field of CAD
modelling, LabVIEW, thermodynamics, and heat and flow principles. I have successfully
completed several team-based design projects, which honed my management skills and strong
attention to detail.

I am a member of the York University Robotics Society where I have worked on the mechanical
design of the robot with my team. There is a collaboration with other engineering disciplines
including electrical and software. I successfully completed and demonstrated the hopping
mechanism for my CAD modelling course with a group, it was the second-best in the class.

Along with my technical proficiency, I also possess great communication and organizational
abilities as well as the capacity to collaborate well with others. I am sure that these
characteristics, together with my desire to learn and advance, would make me an invaluable
member of your team throughout my co-op.
