Haunted Forest

One full moon day, local scouts and their leader went on a camping trip to the very own forest
known to be haunted. The leader being the oldest and most logical one from the group not
believe in a single thing such as the “haunted” forest. The sun is nearly gone by the time they
got to their camping site; the breathtaking beauty of the forest make them feel a sense of joy
even from longsome journey. The time went by pretty fast as they set up the camp as the forest
was becoming more lifeless.

Scouts surrounded themselves by the bonfire as intended in camping stories goes, they made
smores and scary stories to wash off the blackest night only to be lit by the full moon. Tales by
tales one of each scouts scared the living soul of others but a particular one stood out. “Legend
has it, on a day the moon is full the undead trapped beneath the earth will rise above the
ground only to haunt down trespasser of the forest.” said one scout. They were interrupted by
the leader to hit the bed but one sound terrified the whole group.

The sound grew louder and louder, they started picking up nearby “weapons” to defend but
uncertain of what to do. Suddenly, the forest was silent the group stood still ready to fight off
what’s hiding in the trees. Four prankers jumped out of the brushes hysterically started
laughing as they pointed the scouts then flee out to unknown.
