METHOD STATEMENT

1.0 SITE DEMARCATION

Carry out site demarcation with Client to identified the working area.

2.0 TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT & MOBILIZATION

- Provide traffic management upon mobilization of machineries, materials and manpower to site. Traffic management as
per Client standard.
- Signboard and cones for traffic management is properly installed at all times.
- To Comply traffic management scheme at all times. Flagman available and check traffic equipment at all times for any
lane closure.
- Request from client for any lane closure required on site.

3.0 1st STAGE

To remove all damaged items.

4.0 2nd STAGE

- To supply and install all damaged items as per existing.
- To make sure all replacement/ damaged item load on lorry and disposed from site as per instruction.

5.0 HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

- Compliance to Traffic Management as per Client standard
- Safety aspect on PPE
- No open burning
- Remove of damaged items at an allocated approved location
- ESOP card for workers (contractor)
- No illegal workers
- To comply with Factories and Machineries Acts 1967 if necessary

- 3 tonne lorry
- Guardrail Machine
- Chain block
- 6 pounds hammer
- Tools for reopen bolt and nut
