Application for Regular applicants
Academic Year 1/2021 (1st Round)

The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) is accepting applications for
admission to the Master of Science Program in Environmental Management (English Program) for
the academic year 1/2021.

1. Qualification of Applicants
1.1 Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or are studying in last semester (and to graduate
before first intake start) in any field from universities or institution accredited by the Commission
on Higher Education.
1.2 Applicants who graduated from abroad must provide a letter of accreditation for received
degrees that is issued by Commission on Higher Education.

2. Application Process

2.1 Applying in Person (Now – May 10th, 2021) except government holidays
2.1.1 Application can be made in person at the Educational Service Division at 3rd Floor,
Prince Naradhip Bongsprabandha Building
2.1.2 Application form can download from the website http://gseda.nida.ac.th/nida-en/,
http://edserv.nida.ac.th
2.1.3 Applicants must pay 200 baht for application fee

2.2 Online Application (Now – May 10th, 2021)

2.2.1 Applicants can see the information about the application for admission on the
Announcement of National Institute of Development Administration to Master of Science Program
in Environmental Management (English Program) at http://edserv.nida.ac.th

 2.2.2 Applicants can visit http://entrance.nida.ac.th and have to follow the following
instructions:

1) Register for getting into the online application system.

2) Set a password and confirm
3) Apply for entrance examination by choosing a school and a program of study.
4) Fill out profile information.
5) Confirm the application.
6) Print an invoice of application fee.
7) Save the application information, verify the information and confirm the
application.
8) Upload the required document onto the Attached Files System or send the document
by e-mail to entrance@nida.ac.th within May 10th, 2021 to Educational Service Division, The
National Institute of Development Administration, 118 Seri Thai Road, Klongchan, Bangkapi,
Bangkok 10240. Please note in brackets on an envelope: application documents for Master of
Science Program in Environmental Management (English Program).
9) Print a bill payment for the application and the payment must be made by May 10th,
2021 only at any branches of Bangkok Bank or Counter Service in Thailand (at 7-Eleven stores).

- Application fee 200 baht

- Payment fee/charge Depends on rate of each payment method /transaction

10) If applicants are unable to complete documentation and payment process by May
10th, 2021 the application will be considered invalid.

Note: 1. The application payment is non-refundable.

2. The application is complete when the Institute verifies the application documents
and payment made within the prescribed time.
Applicants can monitor application status after the payment has been made for 2 days
at http://entrance.nida.ac.th

3. Required Documents

3.1 Completed application form

3.2 Bachelor’s Degree diploma (2 Copies)
3.3 Complete official transcript(s) of undergraduate studies (1 copy)
3.4 Copy of personal identity card (Thai applicants)
3.5 Copy of passport (Non-Thai applicants)
3.6 Evidence of any change of name (if applicable)
3.7 1” x 1.5” photo taken not more than six months prior to the application date (1 photo)
3.8 For applicants who graduate from an institute outside Thailand:
3.8.1 A Letter of Confirmation on Standard Curriculum for the Bachelor’s Degree. This can
be obtained from the Bureau of Standards and Evaluation at the Commission on Higher Education,
Ministry of Education, Tel: +66 2 354 5500-19 ext.725, 727 or 728.

3.8.2 An official Letter of Certification for their Bachelor’s Degree with their University
Council’s approval as well as a complete transcript with the specified date of graduation which must
be sent directly from the applicant’s university to the address below:

3.9 Applicants are required to submit a test score of either 500 for TOEFL, 5.5 IELTS, 500
NIDA TEAP or Result of an English test by the Chinese government at level 6 or higher or the
Test of English Proficiency that conducted by standard organizations or representatives of the
government from applicants’ country. Exception from English Proficiency Test requirements is
subjected to conditions provided in English for Graduate Studies.
Note: 1) The documents mentioned in 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 above, must be submitted before the
start of the first semester. Applicants who fail to submit all required documents will not be
admitted to the program.
2) In case applicants have already been accepted but the document in 3.8.1 is
disqualified by the approval of Bureau of Standards and Evaluation at the Commission on
Higher Education, Ministry of Education, student status will be automatically terminated, or
subject to NIDA council’s discretion.
3) Evidence of English Literature must be submitted before first semester ends.

NIDA reserves the right to verify the applicants’ qualifications at any time. Applications who do
not have the required qualifications will not be admitted to the program. No refund will be issued. If
an applicant has already been accepted but is subsequently determined to be disqualified, student
status will automatically be canceled.
