Displayer: display of system parameter setting page


USB: it can insert U disk to perform import and export operation of parameter.
Network interface: it can connect to Internet through network cable, please review 《internet setting》page
when use.
page key: correspond key of page manu displayed on displayer to switch page by pressing the key.

Reset key: key to performance process reset, press this key to cancel current alarm/caution when alarm is
caused

Direction key: performance cursor movement, the middle key is cursor swtichover key, it is used for
cursor swtiched from one plate to another plate.
Digit key: it is used for output data and word, input sequence is first digit and then letter in turn to swtich,
when quickly press digit key in one second, switch input by digit and letter can be performanced. For example:

this key, input "1" when press this key one time, input "A" when press this key twice, input "B" when press
this key 3 times, input "C" when press this key 4 times, input "1" when press this key 5 times, repeat this cycle

to input. It is in same input way for other keys, no longer in details. this key's function does not need to
use, it is invalid key.

this key is for inputting of positive number symbol, parameter can be positively switched by pressing this
key when the parameter is selective parameter; parameter performance can increase the role of 0.1 by pressing
this key when the parameter is numerical parameter and under condition of no inputted digit, the parameter
can be switched to positive number value by pressing this key when inputting parameter.

this key is for inputting of negative number symbol, parameter can be negatively switched by pressing this
key when the parameter is selective parameter; parameter performance can decrease the role of 0.1 by
pressing this key when the parameter is numerical parameter and under condition of no inputted digit, the
parameter can be switched to negative number value by pressing this key when inputting parameter.

Enter key, input enter key when perfomance parameter, positively swtich parameter can be
performanced by pressing this key when cursor is at selective parameter position

delete key, it is used for delete inputting numerical value and not used for delete inputted parameter.
Shortcut key: it is used for entering corresponding page, corresponding page can be entered by pressing this
key in any negative situation and no need to swtich page in page key.

screen shot key, when USB disk inserted the content displayed on current page can be screen
shotted to picture file and saved into "Record" file in USB disk by pressing this key.
function key: it is switch of computer working mode and function of Rev. stop key

it is manual mode key, after booting the system entered into manual mode by default. When
system caused alarm the system is automaticly switched to manual mode. In any situation the
system can be entered into manual mode by pressing this key

It is Semi-auto mode key, Only in manual mode the system can enter into Semi-auto mode by
pressing this key. It is invalid to press this key in any other mode. When the system enters into
Semi-auto mode this key will lights up.

it is full auto mode key, only in manual mode the system can enter into full auto mode key by
pressing this key, it is invalid to press this key in any other mode. When the system enters into
full auto mode this key will lights up and the computer will give three warning to reminde
operator that system is going to enter full auto mode.

mold modulating mode key, only in manual mode the system can enter into mold adjustment
mode, it is invalid to press this key in any other mode. When the system enters into mold
adjustment mode this key will lights up. When system is in mold modulating mode manually
performance opening and clamping action are not restricted by clamping electronic ruler. The
performanced pressure and speed are pressure and speed of mold modulating clamping、mold
modulating opening from《clamping & others》page and do not perform high-pressure actions.
In the mold modulating mode nozzle forward and nozzle reset are not restricted by nozzle
electronic ruler. Only in the mold modulating mode the system can perform mold modulating
automatically and can perform automatically tape-ranked.

it is default key, this key's function is not defined. this key will lights up by first pressing and
lights off by the second pressing. This key is only used for turning on the on-off switch of
operating the manual perform ejection action. When the this key lights up and in auto mode
the system can perform manually the ejection action. but left ejection action only has "manual:
left ejection forward" "manual: left ejection reset" input control point key to perform this
action. The key of left ejection forward、left ejection reset can not perform this action. Right
ejection action only has "manual: right ejection forward" "manual: right ejection reset" input
control point key to perform this action. The key of right ejection forward、right ejection reset
can not perform this action. When this default key lights off and in auto mode the system can
not perform ejection action.

it is motor start key, only in manual mode the motor start key can be performed. In manual
mode motor key will start motor performance and lights up by first press, it will stop motor
performance and lights off by second press. After start motor 3 seconds "completion of motor
start" the input point must lights on, otherwise, alarm will be generated for exceptional
starting motor.

it is electric heat key, electric heat function will be performed and the key lights up by first
pressing electric heat key, electric heat function will be stopped and the key lights off by
second pressing electric heat key. electric heat function can be switched off in auto mode.

it is auto mold modulating key. Auto mold modulating function can be performed only in mold
modulating mode, in the mold modulating mode press this key at first time the system will
perform auto mold modulating function, press this key at second time the system will stop
performing auto mold modulating function, press "reset" key also can stop performing auto
mold modulating function. Auto mold moduating function is mainly used for automatically
perform null position of mold clamping and nulll position automatic adjustment of nozzle ruler
for the new mold, at the same time set up the maximum value of mold opening ruler. Auto

mold modulating performance as below:


roughly modulate mold clamping → roughly modulate mold clamping turn to zero → caculate
maximum mold opening distance→roughly modulate mold opening to maximum position→
accurately modulate mold clamping(perform high-pressure → accurately modulate mold
clamping turn to zero → mold modulate nozzle forward → nozzle ruler turn to zero → mold
modulate nozzle reset→open the mold→mold modulating completed)
Attention:Firstly confirm the mold which is clamped on the machine can perform the mold opening
and clamping actions smoothy before performing auto mold modulating. Auto mold
modulating function can be performed after confirm there's no forerign body in the mold and
the mold can be clamped and mold is possible to be squashed. Performing auto mold
modulating function is strictly prohibited in case of mold not clamped.

Scram key: all actions will be stopped after pressing scram, the system will be switched to manual
mode, motor function and eelectric heat function will be switched off. In case of emergency, other
scram function will be switched off as well.

System start switch: it is used for switch on and off the system.

Two,The home page


"Home" is the first page after the machine enters the system. When the status of other pages can also
enter the page by pressing the "Home Page" button, the main page of the current machine tool is mainly
displayed in the "Home Page" page. Here first introduce the layout of the computer display page, the page
description in the future is no longer do this. Page layout is divided into three major parts: status bar, page
content, menu bar.

Status bar: page name, system status, action status, action time, mold scale, mold ruler, pedestal ruler, plastic
injection ruler

Page Name: The name of the current page


System Status: The current system operating status: manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, adjusting mode
Action Status: The status of the current system execution action. Stand by for no action.
Action run time: the time the action is performed, curing time countdown time, standby count bit is 1s.
Mold scale: the position of the mold ruler status
Left care ruler: Left ruler ruler position status
Right care ruler:Right ruler ruler position status
Rocket foot: Rocket foot position status

Menu bar: Hydraulic oil status, Pneumatic running status, Motor running status, Electric running status,
Message bar, Input bar, Return to previous menu, F1 ~ 10 Page menu, Menu next page

Hydraulic Oil Status: When the "Oil" icon is a green background, the hydraulic oil is enough. When the icon is
gray and black, it indicates that there is not enough hydraulic oil and you need to add hydraulic
oil.
Pressure Status: When the "Air" icon is green, the air pressure is qualified. When the icon is dark gray, the air
pressure is insufficient. You need to check whether the air pressure is normal.
Motor running status: When the "M" icon is in green status, it indicates that the motor is running. When the
icon is gray and black, it indicates that the motor is in the off status.
Message bar: When the cursor is moved to the configurable parameter, the setting range of the parameter and
the description of the parameter are displayed here.
Input field: input box of parameter input, note: most of the parameters do not need to be input here. Input
setting can be done directly in the setting parameter box.
Back to the previous menu: When the "" "icon is black, the current menu has the previous menu, press this
button to return to the previous menu. When the icon is grayed out, the current menu is already
the highest menu.
F1 ~ 10 Page Menu: By pressing these page menus, you can enter different parameter pages. There is a green
level 3 symbol in the lower right corner of the page menu. There are further menus in this
button, such as :. Some of these page buttons have function keys.
Menu Next Page: When "" "icon is black Description The current menu contains the next menu, press this
button to go to the next page. When the icon is grayed out, there is no next page menu.

Three,Operation log in / language change


In the top page of the menu, press the "F10" (operation logon) button to enter the "Operation
Permissions" page, in this page you can enter the user-level user password to activate system permissions.
System design has four levels of user permissions, "system quotient" is greater than "machine shop" is greater
than "manager" is greater than "operator." Enter the system default access to the lowest level permissions
"operator", "operator" permissions do not require password login nor password, in any state of authority at the
user input "0" to switch to "operator "Authority. By default, "Operator" is only allowed to operate the machine,
view some parameters of the machine, and not modify any parameters of the machine. All user rights need to
be logged in before the machine parameters need to be modified.

Language change:
If you need to change the language after the administrator login page, press "F9" "Engineering
Parameters" → "F3" → "Machine" → "F7" "System" button to enter the system page

Language: The system comes with three languages: 0: Traditional Chinese, 1: Simplified Chinese, 2: English.
Other languages are not yet produced, if necessary, please contact with the clerk and we do other
languages to translate and check work. When you need to change the language, move the cursor to
here and enter the corresponding language number, press the OK key, and then wait for a while to
complete the language change.

Four,Change Password
Press "F10" (Operation Login) → "F3" (Password Change) in the top page menu to enter the "Password
Change" page, where you can change the "Administrator" login password, you need to log in modify.

Enter the current "manager" password

Select "1 【manager】"

Enter a new password

Enter the new password again

Then press the "F1" (Confirm) button and see in the message bar: "password change successful" prompt that
the new password has been set, you can use the new password to log in to the "Administrator"
permission. If the password fails to change, please re-enter the correct information before performing
the password change operation.

Five,Opening and Closing mold


In the top page menu, press "F2" (mold opening and closing) button to enter "mold opening and closing"
page, this page is used to set the opening and closing mode of the action parameters, the upper part of the
page when the clamping parameters Part of the mold parameters.

151.69 The green value is the current data of the mold scale. The following pressure, speed and position are the
parameter types in the horizontal position. The parameters at the position corresponding to the
high pressure

Is the time parameter in seconds. Parameters similar to layout format will not be described in detail later,
please refer to the description here.

Mold 3 parameters, when the mold size data is less than the mold clamping position 2 parameters greater than

When the data of the mold scale is less than the position parameter of the mold clamping 3 position parameter
is greater than the mold clamping low pressure, the mold clamping action is performed at the

Note: The clamping pressure output by the clamping action before the low-pressure clamping and
low-pressure clamping are performed is relatively small and has a protective effect on the mold.
When the high pressure is applied, the mold will output a large pressure. When the mold is

too large, high pressure set too much on the loss of the machine will increase, will reduce the
service life of the machine. High-pressure time parameter setting High-pressure clamping
pressure can reach the high pressure setting pressure can be, do not need to set too long, too
long will increase pump motor wear and tear, reducing service life.

The above pressure parameter is the hydraulic pressure parameter set by the clamping high pressure. The
following pressure parameter is the hydraulic pressure parameter in the high pressure clamping
large cylinder. When the clamping action is completed, the "clamping complete" marking on the
right becomes bright green.
Tips: How to set the position parameters of the clamping low pressure
After the mold is installed, it is better to execute it after the mold is heated to the required temperature for
production. Set the zero position of the mold to a good position and set the pressure, speed and
time parameters of mold clamping to "0" Set the position of the mold clamping low pressure to
"0" and then perform the mold clamping operation until the mold clamping does not work, look
at the parameters of the mold clamping lever on the left side, and then add "0.01" to the mold
clamping low pressure Position, and then set a good high-pressure clamping parameters, and
then repeatedly perform mold clamping action to confirm the position of mold clamping low
pressure is the best position, if there are several times can not complete the mold clamping
action when the mold clamping position can be low pressure The parameters gradually increase
to the right place. The smaller the position parameter of mold clamping is, the more sensitive
the mold protection is and the higher the probability of parameter false alarms. The greater the
position parameter of clamping mold is, the lower the protection sensitivity of the mold is and
the less easy parameter alarm is.
Tips: set the parameters of the mold habits
Short-range slow start (Clamping 1), Quick Clamping Complete Clamping Bigger Distance (Clamping 2),
Mid-speed Clamping Over (Clamping 3), Slow Low Pressure Checking Mold Is Abnormal (Low
Pressure) Execute high pressure.

Mold 1 parameters, pressure settings to ensure that the machine can pull the mold locking force. When the
combined ruler is smaller than the position parameter of mold opening 1, the mold opening

Mold 2 parameters, when the combined ruler is smaller than the mold 2 position parameter is greater than the
mold 1 position parameter, the mold opening operation is performed by the mold opening 2
parameter.

Mold 3 parameters, when the mold size is smaller than the mold 3 position parameter is greater than the mold
2 position parameters when the mold opening action to open the mold 3 parameters.

Mold 4 parameters, when the mold size is less than the mold 4 position parameters greater than the mold 3
position parameters when the mold opening to mold 4 parameters.
Note: The position parameter of mold opening 4 is the position parameter at the end of mold opening. The
maximum setting of this position parameter setting is recommended to be less than the settable
value 10, to prevent the mold opening action from opening to the bottom and colliding with the
bottom of the cylinder. The machine often produces large Cylinder hits the bottom of the

Six,Inflatable vacuum

menu to enter the "blowing" page, where you can set the blowing and vacuum action parameters.

Inflatable action:
A total of 4 inflatable action blowing action, each inflatable action can be performed independently of each
other, but the inflatable 1 and inflatable 2 share an interval time parameters, inflatable 3 and
inflatable 4 share a space Time parameters.
