CADASTRAL LOT G SITUATED IN CAMP BUMPUS

The City Legal Office received a letter from Ramon Soriano Alberio-Gerado Sr.
dated 29 July 2022 requesting the City Government of Tacloban to settle the claim
concerning the properties that their ancestor (Telesforo Soriano) owned.

With this, we would like to request for the verification of the exact location of
Cadastral Lot G of Camp Bumpus (Magsaysay Boulevard) to clarify and give a proper
solution to the matter.

Attached herewith is the copy of Land Title Decree No. 1826 and Declaration of
Real Property for your reference.

For your appropriate action.
