INTRODUCTION
The teaching, learning and evaluation system has been gradually changing over
the past couple of years. The worldwide impact of the COVID 19 pandemic caused

many different configurations representing the advantages of time reduction, test security,

online exams also include disadvantages like technical hurdles, help required from
external resources, and examinees’ feelings of tiredness due to technological tool usage,
necessity to train students for new technology usage, exam security ( Clark et al., 2020).
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the world and caused education to stop.
Pandemic has affected education in many country including Philippines and online
education has started. However, transition to online education suddenly and students’ not
being ready for online assessment system caused some problems. In order to know what
are the problems related to this unexpected changes, the purpose of this study is to
determine the problems experienced by the selected students during online examination.
