2, 2022, in the temporary student council office in the AMA University Q.C.

GC’s- Every councilor must create group chats with their respective departments .
PETITION- Letter of intent for orgs comeback survey for all SHS/COLLEGE STUDENTS via google forms
ORG’s COMEBACK- December 16 search for members/ minimum of 5 members per clubs
LOCAL X-MAS PARTY- “ December 16”
For JANUARY 2023
School fair- mid January

-BOTB/Guests – the taget bands is Silent sanctuary -Mayonnaise -Rivermaya -kamilazee -This band
-Income the generated income form this event will cover the expenses form the event
-Org Registration- The plans for ORG registration start in mid-January. The student council will announce once the
administration approves the ORG's comeback. Further information is to be announced soon.
-Freshman week-mr and ms freshman -1 per candidate/ dept (college) strand (shs) 11&12
- outsiders are allowed to attend the Battle of the Bands with an entrance fee.
