    Greetings!

    This is to remind you of your outstanding Rental Account due amounting to EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY
    FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PPHP 864,450.00) with computation details
    attached. Several communications and collection letter has been sent to you regarding this matter.

    If payment is not settled on or before November 11, 2022, we will be forced to ask the assistance of
    Midland Plaza Condominium to cut off your electricity and water supply. Civil for uncollected rental and
    criminal case (BP 22 enacted in 1979 for the bounced post- dated issued check) shall also be served.
