Calibration Service
Why calibrate?
The main reason to calibrate is that even the best equipment can lose the ability to give
accurate measurements.

Over time and with the continued use of measuring instruments, its performance gradually
decreases. This is known as the deviation and is the reason why you can not be sure that the
measurement results are reliable.

Even if an instrument is new or from a manufacturer that inspires confidence but has not been
calibrated, whoever uses it cannot be sure that their indications are correct.

It may happen that a "very reliable" instrument needs no correction. But this is only known if
the instrument is calibrated.

The calibration process compares the value read on the customer instrument with that
indicated by extremely precise equipment. This comparison makes it possible to state whether
the instrument satisfies the intended requirements, and the result is translated by a document
called Calibration Certificate.

A calibration allows to minimize the errors associated to the measurements giving quality
assurance to the measurements made. Specialized preventive maintenance of your
equipment extends your life and reduces your costs.

. Reduce the risks

Calibration is often necessary for the quality assurance of a company or by various

international or national standards and / or laws.
Periodic calibration identifies, controls, and can even prevent changes in instrument accuracy
over time. Proper calibration allows you to reduce costs for your business or research by
reducing the risk of errors in measurements.
