Using the K to 12 Curriculum Guide, choose one learning competency and write a sample lesson
plan. Consider the framework of the Artistic Process (NCAAS 2014) and the Eight Studio Habits of
Mind (Hetland et al. 2018)

I. OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson the pupils will be able to:
a. explain the color both natural and man-made object seen in the surrounding;
b. illustrate different color both natural and man-made object; and
c. demonstrate the color both natural and man-made object seen in the
surrounding.

Content Standard Demonstrates understanding of colors and shapes, and the principles of
harmony,rhythm and balance through painting.
