2. This pertains to the conduct of 1 st Quarter CY 2023 Strategy Review on

MG P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 scheduled on April 21, 2023 (Friday), 9:30 AM at HMG
Conference Room (Host Venue), Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City.

3. In this regard, respectfully requests signature on the attached

memorandum for D, CPSM, DO, and invitation letters for Atty. Jay L Batongbacal,
Chairperson, Ms. Erlinda Castillo-Ang, Treasurer, and Mr. Peter Paul D Santos, MG

(Dashboard Matrix and Updated Measure and Initiative Profiles) of your respective
offices from January to March 2023 to PSMU Office NLT April 19, 2023
(Wednesday) for consolidation.

4. Further, the attendance of the Section Chiefs of every divisions are

necessary in this activity. Thus, all measure owners of MG Scorecard must be ready
to present their respective reports.
