A. RATIONALE
Trainings can be a useful resource when used effectively. When we talk about effective teaching, we
often focus on the learners and their learning. However, it is also important to focus on the teacher, since
the learners learn more effectively when the teacher has the resources and developing skills they need. In
many countries, the role and functioning of schools are changing and so is what is expected of teachers.
Teachers are asked to teach in increasingly multicultural classrooms, to place greater emphasis on
integrating students with special learning needs in their classrooms, to make more effective use of
information and communication technologies for teaching to engage more in planning within evaluative
and accountability frameworks, and to do more to involve parents in school. No matter how good pre-
service teaching for teachers is, it cannot be expected to prepare teachers for all the challenges they will
face throughout their careers. Education System therefore seek to provide teachers with good
opportunities for in-service training and professional growth and development in order to maintain a high
standard in teaching and to retain a high-quality teacher workforce. While it is generally agreed that
teachers can be mold the learning of the learners, there remains considerable issues that are raised to the
national and local-level policies and programs that best support teacher and their professional growth and
development in terms of knowledge, skills and aptitude. Policies that help develop teachers must include
the level of schooling teachers should have. The length of training they need and what professional
develop and support they should be able to experience and access in order to fulfill their great roles in the
community standards. Teacher development provides good opportunities for student to learn more. Great
teachers produce great students. It shows that an inspiring and informed teacher is one of the most
important school-related factors in influencing and propelling student achievement, so it is significant to
pay close attention to train and support both new and experienced teachers.
B. OBJECTIVE/S
In order for us to be professionally grew, Mid-Year INSET training, GAD, any online platform
trainings and programs should be attended by the school faculty teachers respectively. This project is
expected to have problems like the availability, mobility, network status and time of each Professional
teachers in Paang Bundok elementary school.
The Project Alagang PBES aims to enhance the quality of learning and teaching for certain goals
when it comes to eLearning and to meet the needs of both Primal subjects in the curriculum such as
teachers and Learners as well as the parents also, it also implicates the improvement for user-accessibility
and time flexibility to engage learners in the learning process. IPCRF as one the mere factor to monitor
and evaluate the baseline of the efficiency and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process were
given to evidently shown that teachers of Paang Bundok Elementary school met the objectives for 2018-
2019 school year.

It is the goal of the Department of Education that every teacher will become not only efficient but
also effective. It is in this mission that today, a lot of trainings and seminars are being conducted to
improve and develop the craft of each mentor in school. The Department fully understand that
everything rises and falls on the teacher’s capability to bring learning at the heart of every pupil.
Attending a seminar has numerous benefits, including improving communication skills, gaining
expert knowledge, networking with others, and renewing motivation and confidence.
