HR Partnering

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Leaders on key business decisions

Align with enterprise HR principles, policies and standards

Provide leadership and guidance to business leaders related to the implementation and
management of the HR strategy

Identify and implement forward-thinking HR solutions based on understanding of relevant business


operations and strategies aligned with the HR Strategy

Provide insights to the design, execution and continuous improvement of HR programs to ensure
relevancy to current and future business needs

Partner with HR Communities of HR Expertise (Total Rewards, Learning, People Relations, Talent
Acquisition, etc) and HR Business Services to influence and execute HR strategy, policies and
programs

Talent Management

Advise and coach business leaders on topics impacting leadership effectiveness and business results

Co-own all talent management programs together with business leaders

Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and
projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to work on solutions that are aligned with
HR Strategy

Partner with the Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support the recruitment, hiring and social
onboarding of staff

Manage campus recruiting programs, including orientation and rotational programs, as applicable

Advise and coach Business Leaders on interpretation of HR policies

Deploy and execute HR strategies (including, e.g., rewards & recognition, employer brand,
development and learning staffing)

Organization Effectiveness (Organization Performance, Design, Capabilities And Change


Management)

Collaborate with HR and business leaders on organization design, including structure, processes,
capabilities, and resource requirements, and identify gaps and opportunities
Collaborate with business leaders on action planning to support implementation of organization
design

Facilitate and support change management initiatives

Collaborate with Business Leaders and Managers on employee engagement initiatives

Positive Employee Relations

Serve as an employee advocate by establishing workforce relationships

Coach and support leaders’ to create and maintain a positive employee relations work environment

Establish proactive and responsive channels of communication to understand the pulse of the
organization

Advise and coach business leaders and managers on the resolution of employee inquiries and issues

Champion the company’s Ethical Leadership standards, behaviors and compliance

Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion to implement relevant local initiatives
