We, ZPEB UGANDA CO. LIMITED are currently executing the petroleum engineering services at Industrial Area in Buliisa and
Nwoya Districts and their surrounding area in Republic of Uganda.
We welcome the local suppliers and subcontractors who have registered in PAU national supplier database (NSD) to convey
your Expression of Interests to below identified works/services packages by writing to email: zpebeoi@gmail.com, EOI form
shall be provided in due course, please be noted that the Ring-Fenced goods and services shall only be provided by Ugandan
companies, citizens and registered entities:

ZPEB-UGANDA-23003 Vehicle and generator Provision of trucks, lifting equipment and vehicles, vehicles,
Services machinery, maintenance and rent.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23004 Human Resources Service Provision of Human Resource Dispatch, training, recruitment.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23005 Equipment Inspection & Magnetic powder, rig equipment and tool, safety equipment
Calibration Service inspections, load and pressure test, instrument & gauges calibration,
drop survey.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23006 Customs clearance & Provision of customs clearance, transit, transportation, loading &
Transportation offloading services.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23007 Industrial products and Provision of industrial gas and refilling, firefighting equipment,
materials supply drilling materials supply and storage.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23008 Law & Financial consulting Provision of tax return, declaration and consultancy, transfer pricing
policy, audit and Legal advisory.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23009 Medical service Provide qualified nurses, drugs provided, medical facilities, and
emergency medical services.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23010 Security, Internet & CCTV, Provision of security, Internet, CCTV, ICT, radio and
ICT, radio telecommunication services.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23011 Foodstuff and beverages Provision of foodstuff, fruit, vegetables, beverages, cooking
supply materials, catering services.
ZPEB-UGANDA-23012 Office supplies Provision of stationeries, toner cartridges, furniture, electric
appliance and printing services.

Please specify the Subcontract Number/Name (Interest without Subcontract Number/Name will not be further entertained)
and provide us the following information with your Demonstration of Interest Form
l All Certificates of Company Registration, Other Certifications (API, ISO, etc.)
l Qualification Certification on 2023 National Supplier Database (NSD) by The Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU).
l Company Financial status
l Work performance (special experience in oil & gas project), Company Presentation
Demonstrating interest is only prerequisite to start business with ZPEB, but it doesn’t necessarily mean to become our supplier
or contractor.
If the products, services and capabilities meet our requirement, we will contact you to continue the qualification process and
ask more information for evaluation purpose.
The deadline for submission of the EOI is 10th March, 2023.
