Subject: Guideline to trading hours – Ramadan 2021

Dear Retailer,

Ramadan Kareem!

Trading hours during Ramadan are determined by the Abu Dhabi Government. These have not yet been
confirmed and we are therefore issuing the below trading hours as a guideline only which may be subject
to change once official Ramadan trading hours and timing are announced.

All stores

10:00 AM to 01:00 AM (Saturday to Wednesday)

10:00 AM to 02:00 AM (Thursday and Friday).

Please inform the duty manager on 052 100 3073 if your store will be closed for Iftar. Mall Management
will provide signage noting closure of the store at that time.

Food & Beverage:

There are no permits or fees required for restaurants choosing to operate during fasting hours of Ramadan,
or for Food and Beverage operations to provide dine in and take away service.

Serving of food during the day in Ramadan is allowed to non-fasting individual(s). Restaurants, cafés and
food outlets are not required to install covers, curtain or hoardings. No hoarding is required at the food
court entrances.

Arabian Oud Music or soft ambient music at low volume is to be played at all times.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in open areas during fasting hours. Smoking is permitted inside the premises
if there is a designated smoking area.
