I. The company
HISTORY

Our story begins on February 27, 2023 at El Salvador City National High School,

Seven’s Palamig started as a small business. At first we were just classmates grouped

together for our subject, Entrepreneurship. During our meeting we deliberately

converse about our business plan. One of our class members proposed an idea, since

we were entering a season of summer, why shouldn’t we establish a business that

showcases cold beverages and the product should sell at an affordable price for it to

sell quickly. During our conversation one of our members asked what kind of cold

beverages we should sell, another member of our team proposed an idea and showed

us the procedure on how to make ice balls. We all agreed since the ingredients are

affordable and showcase it as the product of our business.

VISION

We strive with the dedication to grow our business with honesty and integrity.

MISSION

1. To make children happy.


2. To provide refreshment on a hot sunny day.
3. To sell inexpensive but delicious treats.
4. To give extra energy to everyone.
5. To refresh and quench everyone’s thirst, especially during the hot summer
season.
6. Palamig provides the necessary vitamins and minerals needed to fill the
nutritional deficiencies of the Filipino people.
7. To create great tasting, healthy fruit beverages.
8. To bring out the smile of the people by the refreshing goodness that gives a
cool sensation you need anytime during the day.

II. Marketing
Management Plan
Introduction

A marketing management plan is a strategic tool used by businesses to plan,

implement, and monitor their marketing strategy over a predetermined time period.

An organization's tactics and strategies should be systematized and documented in a

marketing plan. A company's target markets, marketing objectives, programs and

activities to achieve them, timelines, and resources to be used are all outlined in this

strategic plan, all within predetermined budgets. This will help a business stay on

course and enable it to evaluate the success of its activities (Chifford Chi, 2021). This

chapter presents Seven's Business of marketing plan and its business model.

Market Segmentation

Demographic Segmentation Details

This refers to the division of consumers into groups according to their demographic
traits (voxco/blog/demographic-segmentation2021). Additionally, data helps Seven's
Business learn which kind of customers are most likely to make purchases. Also, this
aids in identifying the most important clients, who should be the focus of marketing
efforts.
