SCHOOL ORIENTATION IN REGIONAL MID-YEAR ASSESSMENT IN ALL LEARNING AREAS

All others concerned

1. This is relative to the Regional Memorandum no.99, s.2023, titled Guidelines on the Conduct of
the Regional Mid-Year Assessment in Kindergarten and Learning Areas from Grades 1-6, San
Gabriel Elementary School will conduct a Focus Group Discussion and Meeting with the Grade
Level Chairman on March 7, 2023 (Tuesday), 1:30pm at San Gabriel Elementary School’s Office.

2. The Agenda of the said meeting are as follows:

2.1. Guidelines for conduct of Regional Mid-Year Assessment
a. Learning Assessment Tools
b. Role and Functions of a Teachers
c. Role and Functions of School Heads
d. Role and Functions of the Division Learning Area Education Program
Supervisors/Public Schools District Supervisors
2.2. Discussion on the Mechanics of various Templates of Teachers, Schools and Division
Report on the Regional Mid-Year Assessment.
2.3. Schedule of Subjects per day of the Regional Mid-Year Assessment from March 13-
17,2023.
2.4. Intervention/Remediation Plan for the identified Learning gaps in the Different Learning
Areas and Grade Levels.

3. The participants are the Grade Level Chairman and OIC.

4. Health and safety protocols shall be strictly always observed as pre-emptied intervention to
combat Covid-19.
5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
