Girl Scouting Activities

To: All Registered Twinkler, Star and Junior Scouts

All Adult Leaders
All others concerned

1. In connection with the School’s Scouting Program that will help strengthen the scouting
movement, different activities will be conducted from January 27, February 10, March 3 and
March 10, 2023 at 2 o’ clock in the afternoon.

2. The activities aim to:

a. provides space for girl scouts to maximize her fullest potential to become a responsible
and productive leader of a group
b. encourages scouts confidence to build camaraderie among others, and
help the scouts to understand and acquire values anchored on the Scout Oath and Law.
c. provide adventures that prepare the scouts for life

3. The girl scouts must be in a Type C uniform and should actively participate in the activities.

4. Participants in the activities are registered Twinkler, Star, Junior Scouts and Adult Leaders.

5. Enclosed in this memorandum are the working committee and Matrix of the activities

6. All expenses relevant to the conduct of the activities shall be charged against the Canteen
Fund.

7. Health and safety protocols shall be strictly always observed as pre-emptied intervention to
combat Covid-19.

8. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
