Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well
combined.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, white granulated sugar, and brown sugar
together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing
them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are
set.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before
transferring the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve and enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies!

Note: For variation, you can add chopped nuts, dried fruits or candies to the
cookie dough before baking.
