AN ECO-FRIENDLY PLANTABLE PAPER

Dear Respondent,

We are Grade 12 – STEM Zirconium Students of the Kitaotao National High

School. We are working on a Capstone Project entitled “Utilization of Recycled
Paper as an Eco-Friendly Plantable Paper”. May we request to kindly rate the
product samples given using the quality scoring sheet adopted from the study of
Fiscal R. & Dandan K., entitled “Development and Evaluation of Paper from Corn
Husks (Zea mays L.) and Snake Plant Fibers (Sansevieria zeylanica).” The
information you provide will enable our group to attain the purpose of the study.
