DESCRIPTION: The project involved the concrete paving of a 388-
meter road and It involves the construction of a higher flat-slab

PURPOSE AND BENEFITS: This project in Ilocos Sur is in support of
its program to improve connectivity across the country and provide
wider and safer access to motorists in Barangay Palali Norte. Also,it
improves Ilocos Sur’s road network leading to emerging tourist
destinations such as the Katayagan View Deck in Lilidda,
