OneAmerica Recognizes Associates for ASPIRE Awards

Over 140 associates nominated for distinguished achievements

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 18, 2023– OneAmerica recognizes the accomplishments of its associates with
over 140 nominations for its distinguished ASPIRE Awards.

“Our ASPIRE honorees lead everyone in our organization by their examples. We’re excited to recognize
excellence in our associates as part of our commitment to our most important assets — the ones who go
home at the end of each work day,” CEO Scott Davison.

ASPIRE Award nominated associates are recognized for one of four available awards. These awards
highlight the categories of:

• Distinguished Achievement
• Outstanding Leadership
• Excellence in Execution
• Excellence in Partnership.

Each nominee must embody the ASPIRE values of:

• Achievement
• Stewardship
• Integrity
• Responsiveness
• Excellence
All associates must be nominated by other OneAmerica associates or committees. One winner for each
award will be selected and will receive a monetary gift of $5,000.
“We enjoy the ability to recognize associates who have shown tremendous dedication, hard work, and
success throughout their careers while also inspiring others to follow in their footsteps,” Executive Vice
President of Human Resources Karin Sarratt shared.

This year’s ASPIRE Award ceremony will take place at Butler University’s Clowes Hall. The event will
take place at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 9. All nominated associates are invited to attend along with a
guest of their choice.
