Everyone should follow a healthy lifestyle.

Now I am working on my project which aims at establishing


what people do to stay healthy in Zetland. I am going to analyze some relevant data in the table and
provide my opinion on this issue.

I can identify five main positions in the table. The largest group of the respondents, 42%, cited that they
do not eat fast food. There is also a group of those who said that they have a balanced diet and those
who said that they are doing sports, 24% and 22% respectively. A small minority of people, 10% and 2%,
mentioned that they are getting to bed early or doing morning exercises.

Comparing the results given in the table, it is noticeable that there is a substantional difference between
the most and the least favored categories: fast-food-refusers are almost twenty one times as many as
those, who are doing morning exercises. The fact is it is much easier just to stop eating harmful food,
then to start playing sports. Besides, the difference in percentage between second and third positions is
insignificant. It makes up only two percent in total. The possible reason is that the both activities are
equally effective.

I can see a problem with this table. The poser is that of those who voted, there are very few who do
morning exercises, which means that among those who do not go in for sports more or less
professionally, few lead an active lifestyle. The best solution is to artificially create a trend for morning
exercises and promote a healthy way of life.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that healthy lifestyle is an important part of everyone’s life. Everyone has
to find his way to stay healthy and follow it, but it’s important to do it instead of putting it in a drawer.
