I gonna talk about obesity,

People are eating too much sugar and fat. Excess fat and sugar provide
additional energy. And they don't exercise to expend these additional energies.

Some consequences obesity is ;

Type 2 diabetes; Depression and anxiety

the solution of obesity can be done with a diet to lose weight and with the
regular practice of physical exercises
