Self Love
With Valentine’s Day around the corner love is in the air! There is so much love
around us and our loved ones but sometimes it is easy to forget about self love. Self-
love is a process that never stops. According to physicians, one of the first steps in
recovery is focusing on self-love. Here are some examples of self-love looks like:
If you are ready to practice self-love, here are some things you can do to start:
Buying yourself flowers
Taking 5 mins breaks from school or work to move your body and or stretch
Indulging in your favorite food
Prioritizing yourself
Engaging in daily reflections such as meditating, walking, or writing down a
daily gratitude list
