green on Saint Patrick's Day

 According to legend, Saint Patrick used


the three-leaved shamrock to explain the
Holy Trinity to Irish pagans.

 The symbols are pint and shamrock.

On this day people drink whiskey and


legendary Guinness beer.
Irish people wear green on St.
Patricks Day.
They dye their hair green.
St. Patrick was an Irish bishop who was
born at the end of IV cenutry
When he was 16 year old, he was
abducted to Irleand and sold as a slave.
He worked there as a Shepherd.
During his stay as a slave, he become
more religious and after six years he finally
escaped.
Then Patrick become a cleric and start his
missionary work.

His death happend on 17th of March.


Now day of his death is celebrated
inside and outside of Ireland as
religious and cultural holiday.
