Tom and Erica are on holiday in Europe. They are enjoying sightseeing in different cities. In
Paris, they went to see the Lovre museum and the Eiffel Tower. Tom took a lot of photos
with his new camera. In Rome, they went to the Colosseum and had some great food in the
local restaurants. In London, they saw Buckingham Palace in big Ben. They also tried some
traditional food in some old pubs. Next, they are going to Innsbruck in Australia. They are
excited to see the new town tower because it gives an amazing view of the town and the
Alps. They are also going to visit the square town and take a cable car up a mountain.

service or a travel agent?

I booked it directly through you. I’ve already also paid a deposit on the first night. I have a
reservation number if that helps.

Maybe there was a glitch with the booking system. Well, we don’t have any more single
rooms available with the exception of one adjoined room but, you would then be a right door
to a family with children which might get noisy but that’s not a problem. I can upgrade you
one to one of our business suites they all come with Jacuzzis

Oh, that sounds nice. But how much more is that going to cost?

just take the elevator on the right up to the 6th floor. When you get off the elevator, turn right.
