8. ITIL Practices: The ITIL V4 framework includes 34 ITIL practices.

These
practices are grouped into three categories:
 General management practices: These practices are used to support the
overall management of IT services. Examples include strategic
management, risk management, and knowledge management.
 Service management practices: These practices are used to manage IT
services throughout their lifecycle. Examples include service level
management, incident management, and problem management.
 Technical management practices: These practices are used to support the
design, development, and operation of IT services. Examples include
deployment management, infrastructure and platform management, and
software development and management.
