ages in full resolution in a film like a format, this is
easy to share and easy to view on any smartphone,
tablet or PC.
PDF sharing of Images reduces the transmission
of the virus through physical film circulation, saves
the cost of printing and also reduces the use of
single-use plastics.

Since today most radiology reporting is performed

on high resolution diagnostic grade workstation
monitors, films are printed mostly only for records.
Hence there is no need to print images on expen-
sive medical grade films.
The Freedom print composer is being used exten-
sively to print DICOM X ray and Ultrasound images
on plain paper or Blue PET films that that can save
imaging department 50 to 90% on the film print-
ing cost.
