Sir,
In reference to Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated February 27, 2023, the month
of March is declared as Fire Prevention Month in pursuant to Proclamation 115-A, s.1966 with
the theme “Sa pag-iwas sa sunog, hindi ka nag-iisa,” and together with the conduct of First
Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2023.
We want to make our students and staff aware of the fire and earthquake hazards inside
the school premises and instruct them on how to act safely in the event of an emergency as part
of our school's annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our organization's emergency
and preparedness and response in case of fire and earthquake.
In line with this, we would like to invite you in our school at MORIONES
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL as our Resource Speaker about the said Drill on Thursday, March
09, 2023 9:00 in the morning.
